How do I claim my reservation?
Give us a text or call, letting us know your preferred mountain and dates. Then give us a few minutes to give you our exact pricing, typically 30% off the online rate. To lock in our special pricing for your dates, an itemized invoice is emailed to you and payment is required to lock that pricing in. The day before you need your first reservation you would the send first name, last name and date of birth for each person going so the reservation can be assigned to those people. Your confirmation will be sent to you via text to you early morning of your scheduled trip before the resort opens. For multi-day trips, they will be sent to you each morning. You can pick up at any kiosk or machine using your confirmation code.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?
We understand that sometimes you may need to make last-minute bookings. While we do our best to accommodate such requests, we encourage you to share your travel plans with us as soon as you know them. This will allow us to ensure successful bookings and provide you with the best possible rates and service.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and plans can change so we try to accommodate as much as we can. You can change your travel dates and even mountain, up to the night before your scheduled trip. If your circumstances don't allow you to go at all, your reservation is transferable or can be left as a credit to any mountain in North America with no expiration date. Refunds are immediately issued if an error was made on our end.
Can you send my reservation first and I'll pay after?
We require payment upfront to secure business transactions and minimize fraud risks. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, backed by both Stripe and your credit card company for maximum security.
Is there a minimum amount required for discounts?
There is no minimum group size needed to access our discounts.
Are there black out dates?
No black out dates!
